Changes to an agreement may become necessary at any point in the life of a project. Reasons for such changes may be general in nature, or due to more specific issues related to scope, deliverables, or budget.
An amendment can adjust certain provisions of an agreement without revoking the original contract in its entirety. It is important for MIT to document changes to the agreement in writing in case questions arise later about an out-of-date contract. Please do not move forward with an amendment to your agreement until contacting the ICC.
