Access courses from MIT and other universities and institutions around the world.

There are many opportunities for MIT community members to take courses for free or to enroll in credit-eligible courses for a fee.


Virtually all MIT course content is open and available online through OpenCourseWare (OCW). There, you can find content for courses such as Cross-Cultural Leadership, and Teaching and Learning: Cross Cultural Perspectives.


Harvard University and MIT founded edX, an online learning platform and MOOC provider that offers courses from universities and institutions around the world. Examples of previous offerings include: Communicating in a Global Context, and Managing People from a Global Perspective.


Coursera provides access to online educational content, partnering with universities and organizations to offer courses including Intercultural Management, and Race and Cultural Diversity in American Life and History.
